DR. HEDRICK
Dr. Randall (Randy) Hedrick is a Board Certified Endodontist and the first specialist in Pinellas County to achieve Diplomate status with the American Board of Endodontics. With a unique background as both a former general dentist and a clinical professor, Dr. Hedrick combines decades of experience with advanced technology, such as 3D cone beam imaging, to provide precise and compassionate root canal therapy.
MISSY
Missy started with SPE in 2017 and moved into the role of Office Manager in early 2018. Originally from St. Louis, MO, she brings to the table many years of administrative experience. Missy keeps the SPE team on track and ready to provide our patients the exemplary care they expect from our practice. She recently got married in 2022 and enjoys spending free time traveling with her husband, spending time at the beach, and exploring St. Pete.
HEATHER
Our Communications Manager Heather has been with SPE for over 14 years. She was born and raised here in St. Petersburg and lives here currently with her husband along with their daughter and son. Along with overseeing the day to day flow of our practice she is also certified in Expanded Functions and is cross trained as a Dental Assistant. Heather likes to spend her free time with her family boating and fishing.
KAREN
Karen has been working in the dental field for over 35 years and is our Lead Dental Assistant. She loves being around water and sailed to the Tampa Bay Area from her hometown of San Diego in 1986 and decided to stay! Karen carries many dental certifications including; Nitrous Sedation, Expanded Functions and Dental Radiography. She likes to spend her free time with friends and family and her toy fox terrier, Foxy.
ASHIA
Ashia is from North Ridge, CA. She has a cat named Gwinavere. Her hobbies are playing the cello, painting her nails, she loves rowing and doing yoga. Ashia graduated from USF in December 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Psych Pre-Med.
NAIYLA
Naiyla moved to St. Petersburg in 2017 from Puerto Rico and after school she started out in pediatric dentistry before moving to St. Petersburg Endodontics. She loves the field of dentistry because she can help patients feel confident in their smile again. She resides in St. Petersburg with her fiancé and 2 dogs.
